Hotel was clean and check in process was easy. Location is easy if you’re visiting the park, and there is a parking garage across the street that is very reasonably priced for parking. Our room was big and the bed was comfortable. Our shower head connection was loose and the shower head was dripping. Also wish you could change the spray pattern on the head, the water pressure is great, but a touch hard. Not sure the room is worth the price compared to other places, but location was nice.

The communication system is too complicated. They’re under various names (literally 3-4)and when you contact them you often are redirected. Accommodations were nice and conveniently located. Next time I would just book directly with Hyatt.
