The location and property maintenance was really good. Caretaker Faiz was such a good guy who is very respectful, friendly and accommodating. Loved the entire vibe on this property. It’s very near to cliff and easily accessible to the Varkala town and Janardhan temple. I stayed here with my family and it was good. Would be a great place for families and friends.

Arranged a bed for our driver.
The moment I entered they mentioned that the booking I made was for non AC rooms. I have never encountered a situation like this regarding AC and non AC. I showed them the booking.com of this property which never mentioned about AC or non AC options. It is pathetic to have a hotel without AC rooms in a location close to beach. They charged extra money for the AC option. Rest is fine.
