The property was nice and very true to the pictures. The view from the back of the house was particularly lovely. The house had a lot of nice touches that made it feel comfortable - good, light blocking drapes, good beds, good pillows. We would absolutely rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome! It was comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home.The owner was very in touch for any questions and reached out to us to make sure everything was up to par, which we really appreciated. The pool was fantastic, and we especially loved the covered pergola that provided plenty of shade while relaxing by the water. The location couldn’t have been better—restaurants and the marina were just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.One of the highlights of our stay was watching the spectacular Fourth of July fireworks from the balcony. The view was absolutely magnificent and made for an unforgettable evening.We highly recommend this townhome and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our June 2026 stay at Bay Breeze, located on Little Assawoman Bay. The property included access to a pool, which we used a couple of times. It's a quiet location yet a short drive to the ocean. The unit fit 4 adults and 1 child very well, and has nice balconies on each level that overlook the bay. We used the outdoor grill a few nights as well. Eric was very helpful getting us checked-in and ensuring our stay was going smoothly.

A beautiful property with amazing views. Our visit was short but I will definitely look into a longer trip in the future. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
