Welcome to Bay Breeze, a relaxing and fully updated Delaware getaway just under a mile from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE and Ocean City, MD. Our well-equipped waterfront townhome is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the water, and make the most of everything this beautiful area has to offer.

Bay Breeze has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests of all ages. All three levels have furnished balconies where you can relax and enjoy views of Lighthouse Sound and Little Assawoman Bay.

**OUTDOOR LIVING AT BAY BREEZE**

The best part of Bay Breeze is how easy it is to enjoy the water.

Try fishing or crabbing from the community dock, explore Little Assawoman Bay using the provided kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, or cool off at the nearby community pool.

If you're bringing a boat, a reserved boat slip is available for your stay. If not, two marinas within walking distance offer another way to get out on the water.

Of course, you can always keep things simple and relax with a beverage and a book on one of the balconies or in the dockside Adirondack chairs.

**ROOM TO RELAX**

The private primary suite occupies the entire top floor and features a king-size bed, full bathroom, and beautiful bay and sunrise views.

On the second floor, you'll find a queen bedroom overlooking the bay with a desk and a pretty great view if you need to get a little work done during your stay. The second bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed with plenty of room for the kids. A fully renovated bathroom and full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level.

The main floor includes an updated and fully stocked kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room and half bathroom. The living room also features a convenient queen Murphy bed for additional sleeping space — without the uncomfortable bar in your back that comes with many sofa beds.

Step outside onto the main-level deck and you'll find a gas grill, outdoor dining table, chairs and umbrella for meals overlooking the water.

**BEACHES, DINING & FUN NEARBY**

The beaches of Fenwick Island and Ocean City are just under a mile away, giving you easy access to the beach while still enjoying the quieter atmosphere of the bay.

Catch 54 and Papa Grande's, two outstanding and very popular waterfront restaurants, are only about a two-minute walk away. You'll also be close to marinas, mini golf, water activities and everything the Fenwick Island and north Ocean City area has to offer.

Parking is easy at Bay Breeze, with two dedicated parking spaces plus additional visitor parking.

**WE MAKE VACATION EASY**

All bed linens and bath towels are provided, so there's less to pack.

We also provide a starter setup of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent for our guests.
