The apartment is located in Bauerbach, about 8 km from Marburg, on the edge of the forest, in a quiet setting.
The view from the 35-square-meter sun terrace, complete with a beach chair, overlooks a beautiful, park-like meadow property with mature fruit trees.
The apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an outdoor staircase with 16 steps leading up from the terrace.
The bus stop is about 7 minutes away. Unfortunately, buses run only once an hour.
Marburg’s main train station is about 6.5 km away, and the city center (market) is about 8 km away.
In Bauerbach, there is a Protestant church, a Catholic church, and two playgrounds, all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Shopping options are available in Marburg, near the train station, or at the Marburg-Wehrda shopping center.
On Bauerbacher Straße, there is a grocery vending machine where you can buy fresh food items, such as eggs, around the clock.
Other shopping options in the village include the Böhm Farm and the village store in Ginseldorf.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via an outdoor staircase with 16 steps leading to the terrace. The living areas are modernly furnished and complemented by antique furnishings.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and large closets.
A travel crib and a Stokke high chair are available.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It features an open layout that flows into the dining and living areas. It includes a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
The bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, and a dryer. Laundry detergent is provided.
The parking space for the car, like the entrance to the apartment, is located on the side of the house facing Am Forsthaus (left parking space).
The terrace is approximately 35 square meters in size and features a beach chair; a charcoal grill is available. Please clean the grill after use.



On-site costs: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer, no later than 14 days before arrival. A 100% prepayment is due no later than 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made later than this will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe; you will receive the code by email after payment is received. Pets are allowed (maximum of 2 pets, €10 per pet/night).A travel crib or baby bed can be provided upon request (free of charge).Towels, bed linens, parking, and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
