Our vacation rental offers a variety of amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, to help you relax. Enjoy the sun on our sun terrace or in the garden, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. For our younger guests, a high chair is available, and there’s plenty of space to run around.
The property is pet-free to ensure guests with allergies feel comfortable, and we are a smoke-free home. Cash, PayPal, and bank transfer are convenient options for booking your stay. We also offer parking for your car, and you’re welcome to use the washing machine.

Lilia’s vacation rental:
Lilia’s vacation rental is located on the 1st floor (upper floor) of a new building completed in 2023.
The modern apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities, including an open-concept kitchen, a bright living/dining area with a large corner sleeper sofa—from there, you can access the sunny, 50 m² walk-out rooftop terrace, which is furnished with comfortable patio furniture.
There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 large double beds (1.80 x 2 m).
The apartment also features one spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Across from the bathroom is a storage room with a drying area.
On-site costs: A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking.The remaining balance is due on-site in cash, via PayPal, or by bank transfer. The apartment is rented as a vacation and recreational residence. Commercial use is not permitted. Bed linens, towels, soap, etc., are included. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The house rules are part of the agreement.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
