The house was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the property was warm. The location was quiet and convenient for bus routes into the city.
The house was generally somewhat poorly equipped, principally in the kitchen. There was only one huge saucepan, one oven shelf, no wine glasses, no corkscrew, no dishcloth or any cloth to clean surfaces. The living room was basic for 4 people. It would have been good to have another couple of comfortable seats, maybe a lamp? It's a shame because it was spacious enough to accommodate 4 easily but it felt spartan.

Great location, 1/2 block to buses than run every 10 minutes to Oxford city center. College across the street has great coffee. Comfortable home.
No coffee pot, but has tea pot.

The house is very well located, is clean and spacious and light. I really liked the layout and it was plenty roomy enough for us all. It’s an excellent convenient place to stay
It was almost perfect. A couple of small points - the kettle was very fully of limescale. It could be replaced. It would be helpful to have some dish towels in the kitchen. Otherwise absolutely no complaints!

Location was great - convenient for bus stop. Hosts supplied fans for all bedrooms as extremely hot. Very clean and tidy and communication prior to our stay was excellent.
Not enough pans to be able to cook. One frying pan and one extra large saucepan only. The house accommodates 7 people so this should be addressed. The garden was like a jungle and therefore not able to go outside. This would have been ideal to do so in this extreme heat as we were home every evening.
