Excellent property, close to the beach, excellent communication with management.

Great property with a great location! There were 9 of us (2 families w/ teenagers) It was exactly as advertised. Everything was in working order and then kitchen was stocked with all the pots pans utensils you could need, but you will need to bring all your own cooking oils, spices, etc. We were able to take advantage of the early check in option for a small fee which was very convenient. The bikes and golf cart were a nice amenity that we used daily. The best part was the close proximity to the beach via the private access across the street. It was a 2-3 min walk from door to sand. The only disappointing part about the beach was that the chair vendors set up chairs in a straight line at the waters edge, so there is no room bring your own chairs and be on the front row, unless you can manage to squeeze in at the ends, which we were able to do a couple of days. Renting chairs is the best option to guarantee a good spot on the beach if you will be there during busy times. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for your next 30A vacation!

Owners and managers were very responsive before and during our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained and short distance to the beach. Golf cart and bikes were nice addition.

Beautiful property. Parking is a little crowded. Pool is the size of a hot tub. Location is great. House has everything needed for your stay. Short walk to a beach that was not crowded at all!
