This spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully furnished penthouse apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight is the spacious balcony with an excellent panoramic view of the ocean.

The property was lovingly renovated in the summer of 2022, including a new bathroom and kitchen.

This exclusive penthouse apartment is located on the top floor of a five-story building, just 150 meters from the sea. The entire apartment is air-conditioned. The apartment also includes a private (covered) parking space on the first floor of the building.

Paljuškovo Beach is a well-maintained, family-friendly beach with free access, medium-sized pebbles, and trees that provide shade during the hot summer months. Beach chairs can be rented during the season at the Hotel Arabella, which is located right on the beach and whose beach restaurant is open to everyone (during the season).
There are two stores within walking distance. The first is 1.2 km away—a market and supermarket (Utjeha). The second is IDEA, 1.8 km in the other direction. In the neighboring bay, there is also a well-known seafood restaurant and a pleasant walk along the promenade. The neighboring bay can be reached via the main road behind the house or via a short 10-minute walk along the nature trail, which starts directly from the left side of Paljuškovo Beach.

The penthouse is in a quiet location and is right by the sea and the beach. The location is also ideal for exploring the entire country—the cities of Bar and Ulcinj are each just 10 km away and easily accessible by bus during the summer months. Children and water sports enthusiasts will have a great time at Velika Plaža, the 13-km-long sandy beach near Ulcinj. Also worth seeing are the old towns along the coast and the national parks inland. The mountainous landscape in the north is also worth a visit.

Transfers from the airports in Podgorica, Tivat, Tirana (Albania), or Dubrovnik (Croatia) can be easily arranged with us after booking your vacation rental.

Accessibility by public transportation:

The nearest bus stop is just a few hundred meters from the apartment. From there, shuttle buses run regularly (hourly during peak season, four times a day during the off-season) to Bar (to the main train station, bus station, and city center) and back. From the bus station and main train station in Bar, there are regular connections to Podgorica and all other major cities.
