The mountain view was spectacular and the room very comfortable. The hotel was a bit difficult to find because of lack of signs but small town everyone knows where it is.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pinta! And I couldn’t recommend it enough. Ana greeted us both with a hug when checking us in which was a nice welcome! The rooms are clean, nicely appointed, and it felt like a lovely respite after a day of exploring. Definitely a stay more for couples since the nicely sized bathroom is separated by a generous drapery, but it didn’t bother my husband and I, we liked the whimsicalness of the design. Breakfast is delicious and served in the lounge with a plentiful selection. Short walk to restaurants and a pub in the village. And around a 25 minute drive to Pinhão. Highly recommend! It was one of our favorite stays during our travels through Portugal!
