The property was clean and inviting. We had a wonderful stay

Stayed with another family and their kids. Property was great space to come together with large families. Overall nice place. It could use a handy person to tighten screws in tables and chairs, needs new carpet, and walls need to be cleaned/painted.

The house was just as advertised. The neighborhood and amenities within the neighborhood were perfect. We utilized the pool and jacuzzi and the kids had a blast. The theater was also a plus when you have a large family. The communication was very fast and helpful. There is plenty of space within the house that you can’t see from the pictures. I would stay here again.

This house was large enough for our family however (1) we arrived to check in at 4pm but the cleaners were still cleaning the house, after they got done the floors were quite wet, so we mopped most of it so it could dry faster. (2) the AC was not cooling and the refrigerator was warm, so we contacted the host and she said she was going to contact the team, however no one called or came by to check on the problem. Finally it was becoming unbearable hot in the house and we contacted the host again to let her know as well as to let her know that one of our family member was pregnant and could not bear the heat, it was past midnight before we felt the thermostat dropped from 80 to 78 degrees. (3) there were less than half rolls toilet paper in all the bathrooms which did not last for the duration of our stay there. The host said we will be compensated for the inconvenience but we haven’t received any compensation as yet or haven’t heard anything back from her.
