Our family has a very nice time staying at Llama Bear Lodge. The home was clean and organized. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was mostly stocked but required some pantry items for cooking. The independent heater in the game room was broken so it was freezing inside and couldn’t be used. We contacted the host and messaged back and forth on trying troubleshooting ideas to turn it on. Finally around 8pm, they sent maintenance, however, it couldn’t be immediately fixed it as it required a part to be ordered. Since management couldn’t fix the issue, the next day by 4 pm, we were delivered a space heater. It helped but it was still a little disappointing as we rented the home because of the game room having an independent heating system. Everything else was great besides the have room issue.
