The location is superb for us to arrive at Osaka, move around Osaka & leaving for KIX.
Though the room is ready for 6 pax, but luckily we have only 3 pax. so, is just nice for us to stay comfortably.

The accommodation was just across the street from Shin Osaka East exit which was very convenient.
It would have been good if the towels and shower curtains were clean. The towels smelt bad and the shower curtain had molds on it.

お部屋が広くて、のびのびできる。
備品もさまざま気が利いており、快適に過ごせました。
今回は使いませんでしたが、炊飯器やIHヒーター等もあり、みんなでお料理するのも楽しいだろうな、と思いました。

The beds are large and comfy and you are super close to the station. Staff are super responsive and instructions for late night entry are great.
No hot water in the morning and the fact the cost of the apartment say $80AUD but then there are $119AUD in other and taxes. Thought I had a great deal until I finalised payment. Very misleading and I am sure on purpose as it got me...
