Location was close to Shin Osaka station, only a couple of minutes walk. I liked the pre check in information, which showed exactly how to get to accommodation and entry. All the information needed was provided.

I love the location of the property. Close to Shin Osaka station and right next to FamilyMart and restaurants that open until late. Property was neatly curated to be minimalistic yet still have all of the components required for staying. Perfect for a visit at Osaka.
We did not know how to operate the aircon and it was cold. Would be great if there is an instruction to use the heater properly.
