The Space:

Set behind a wooden gate on a quiet residential street in Condado, this ground-floor, three-bedroom apartment is made for groups who want room to spread out and a short walk to the sand. Sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms.



-Living and dining: an open, colorful space with arched doorways, vintage maps of San Juan, a deep sofa and a large smart TV for movie nights. The round dining table seats all six.

-Kitchen: fully equipped for real meals, with a gas range, oven, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware and wine glasses.

-Bedrooms: three queen bedrooms, each with split A/C, bedside lamps, curtains you can close for full privacy and a sound machine for a restful night. They sit in separate corners of the apartment, so everyone gets their own space. One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

-Bathrooms: two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

-Outdoors: step out to the shared pool, framed by tropical plants, a wooden pergola, lounge chairs and a sun umbrella. It's open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM and shared with the other guests of the property. Beach chairs and towels are ready for the walk to Condado Beach.

-Good to know: as a ground-floor unit in a small gated property, you may occasionally hear neighbors above, and Condado is lively after dark, so expect some city sounds at night. A dedicated workspace is available for remote work. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is self-service, with keypad codes for both the property gate and your unit door.

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in San Juan, Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

- Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
