Clean and a really good standard. Ambra was amazing, helpful and very patient with my pidgin Italian. Really nice shower, nice quiet residential area with some good eating places nearby. Definitely stay here again. Thank you Ambra (and Fabio)

What a wonderful BnB. Walking distance to all important sightings! Coop supermarket close by. Wonderful coffee shops and amazing pizza at A’Puteca. The room very clean and quiet and small balcony.
Also, really easy to communicate with the management.
Would definitely come and stay again.

B&B Magnolia is a wonderful retreat that manages to feel like a true home away from home. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.
The instructions sent by the staff to get into the hotel was simple and clear. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Florence. Was a quick 5 minute bus ride to the city centre.
