Location, well thought out design touches & very comfortable throughout. Everyone really enjoyed the stay!

Ironing board needs replacing- collapses when in use.

A beautiful homey cottage with plenty of room, I feel like the photos undersell it! There was plenty of space for our 2 families of 3, the upstairs bedrooms were a great size( 2 big doubles and a twin), the single downstairs is quite small but this didnt matter for us. Plenty of living space and a lovely paved garden out the back. Parking right in front and a lovley pub literally opposite! Excellent location for walking down to the beach and a short drive to the busier seaside towns. The local shop also very handy or a short drive to a big supermarket. Received a detailed message well in advance of arrival with check on and out instructions and didnt have any issues or concerns through our stay! Would highly recommend!

Great location. Excellently equipped house too.

Well laid out and flowed really well. We had 2 families and no one got in each others way!

Great location and good size for our party

Wasn’t clean. We had to Hoover and clean the bathrooms on arrival
