The Neighborhood:

Just 8 miles from Great Yarmouth, the lovely community of Winterton-on-Sea can be found on the Norfolk coast. Winterton-on-Sea is a quiet coastal town with a large, untouched beach and a natural reserve that has become a haven for uncommon natterjack toads and colonies of terns because of its isolation from the more commercial seaside towns. The village, with its historic fishermen's cottages, thatched roofs, and 12th-century church, is an ideal location for a restful vacation. Great Yarmouth, a nearby popular seaside resort, provides a change of pace with its many shops, one of Britain's largest open air markets, various museums, and its famed Pleasure Beach! A holiday destination that offers both relaxation and excitement, perfect for diverse groups.
