Radisson Collection Hotel, Basilica Budapest

Great location! Very clean. Friendly staff and helpful

All was good!

Beautiful property not enormous and very much in keeping with its prized location next to the Basilica

Not a lot to dislike really. The staff were all very helpful and courteously

Location, very stylish

The location was indeed very good and comfortable. Everything was clean in the room.

1) for a Radisson the collection room was very small 2) the staff at the reception never helped us and not even cared to ask if we need help with our luggage. We also asked regarding parking and requested assistance and they vaguely told us about the app that we need to install and pay. In the end our car was evacuated and we also received 2 fines (if somebody was more interested in helping us this could’ve been avoided). I would say we didn’t feel very welcomed and well taken care of.
