Wink Hai Phong Centre, Unscripted by Hyatt - 24 Hours stay

A wonderful stay at Wink Hotel! I was impressed by its modern and vibrant design, which still embraces the essence of Vietnamese culture. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was great, and the cozy window-side seating made for the perfect spot to relax, especially while watching the rain. The hotel's décor is full of creative touches, and the locally inspired souvenirs are a lovely bonus. The young, friendly, and attentive staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. It's an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service, clean facility. Convenient and walkable to nearby attractions. Great infinity rooftop pool and laundry service. The only downfall is the room is very small and the breakfast is very basic. Other than that, everything else was good.

Joyful experience. The staff are excellent. Alittle quiet and shy in the beginning but they warm up fast.

Solo traveler from the USA. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kind of small but comfortable. Felt safe walking around at night. Would stay again.
