The hotel its a bit dated but the staff its great, welcoming and friendly. I couldnt have breakfast but the receptionist packed a bag for me. Super kind. The room was clean, with a big window so it was very pleasant in the morning. Bathroom was clean and overall a good size. The location its also great and easy transport to the city centre. I feel safe. I will come back again.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at The Abbey Residence in Edinburgh. The hospitality was great, the place felt safe and secure, and the breakfast, which is included in the room's price, was surprisingly good too. Overall, a comfortable stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

It was a very nice place to stay, the staff was wonderful and vary caring about customers necessities. Breakfast was really good, has it's own free parking lot and generally speaking, very well!

This small very unique hotel was a very unexpected surprise … don’t know why I didn’t know it existed
Owners very pleasant professional
Still cannot believe / understand why they charge so little - should be a ‘minimum’ of £20 more
Definitely recommend and visit if in the area or just visiting Edinburgh
