This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for people to spread out and relax. It was well stocked with everything we needed or wanted and it was super clean and cozy. It was very convenient to everything we needed in Dayton and the neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dayton!

We really just stayed there in the evening after visiting relatives. The upstairs bedroom air conditioner would freeze up because they had the air downstairs 75 heat rises and that room was hot and air conditioner would not keep up. So the person staying upstairs had to sleep on the couch. It was 90 . Was not happy about that. It was a nice place to stay but, the room upstairs was terrible hot.
