The consideration and hospitality of the manager, Theodor, and his team were exceptional. The flooding in Crete had caused them problems with the property and meant we arrived a day late. However it was all dealt with and we had a lovely, extremely comfortable time, enjoying the perfect view of the Venetian Harbour from the balcony.

Great location on harbour front, impeccably clean, spacious suite and very comfortable. Staff were brilliant, sorting out minor issues and helping us with luggage up the stairs. Restaurant recommendations also very good.
Can thoroughly recommend.
Nothing major.
Minor issue with the wifi router flashing for several hours one night, but it wasn’t too disturbing!
