City Center Hotel & Restaurant

I stayed at Baku City Center Hotel from October 4 to 10, 2026. Although we arrived at around 4:30 a.m., Mr. Afghan and Mr. Malik welcomed us at the reception with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. They made us feel so welcome that we almost forgot how tired we were after our journey. Their friendliness and kindness continued throughout our stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both of them for making such a wonderful first impression. Throughout the rest of our stay, Mr. Elciz and Ms. Nigar were also incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. The entire team contributed to making our experience truly enjoyable. The hotel’s location was absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and visit its main attractions. Although I unfortunately injured my foot in an accident on the first day, I was still able to visit all the major sights on foot, thanks to the hotel’s excellent location. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding, offering everything we could have wished for to start the day. If I ever visit Baku again, I would choose Baku City Center Hotel without a second thought. The excellent location, comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfast, and, above all, the outstanding hospitality of the staff made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku, and I look forward to staying with you again!

Ideal location. Very helpful staff. Rahul at security was extremely helpful he brought our stuff to the hotel from taxi place. Arranged us coffee and kunafa and made the entire stay delightful

Location and specially staff, nurlon,aziz,farid and rahul all are very cooperative and friendly,room service was also great..i really enjoyed my stay there due to the staff friendly gesture..they offered me a complementry coffee on my last day that made my day..i will choose this hotel again and will recommend to others..specially thanks to norlun

Room size is small..but you have a choice to get deluxe room.

Check in was very smooth and fast. Mr Noorullah was exceptionally good, He contacted by text asking if we need transportation and he took good care of us, suggested us what to eat at dinner. He speaks good English. We were offered welcome coffee of our choice. Place is so close to main attractions and Nizami street. On site Resturant chef Baku gives 20% discount to hotel guests. Breakfast was very good- many options including lots of fresh fruits.

Room was very small and basic but value for money
