It was a great place to stay! The view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was simple. The only complaint I have is the stairs need some maintenance. The stairs for the backside of the house do not seem stable. The stairs may be okay for a larger dog, but my dachshund got carried most of the time. The living room is smaller than it seems online. The rooms were a nice sized. The AC worked really well. All appliances worked great. I hope we're able to come back.

Overall we had an awesome stay! The beach was right at your back door and the house was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, and comfortable. The only downfall was we could hear the guest staying in the west side. But luckily we had good neighbors that weren’t overly loud! Overall a great stay!

We loved our stay at AOK Oasis East. We loved being able to walk right out to the ocean in the evenings to watch the sunset. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen was available which we really appreciated. We love Fort Morgan and we will be back!!!

Location was awesome. Right on the beach. There were beach chairs, floats, beach toys , etc. The condo was clean for the most part. Had to put sheets over the couch and loveseat before seating down due to all the stains. Kitchen had most essentials. Beds were comfy and showers had good pressure. Here are 2 big cons. The internet was really really bad. I remote work and had to check emails which i had a hard time doing. Could not figure how to get the Direct Tv to work so since internet was spotty it was almost impossible to watch anything. The biggest con of them all. You can hear the people next door very clearly. The condos are separated by a single thin door. You can hear every word. We have decide to look elsewhere for our next visit.
