Nice condo, roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Great location near St. Pete Beach, Fort DeSoto and for us, Eckerd College. Downtown St. Pete is less than 20 minutes away. The parking pass situation was a bit complicated because we had multiple cars and could only register one of them for our parking spot, but it worked out okay. I would go back to this place for sure.

Great experience! This condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed and then some! Carla and Jewel were so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The whole process was so easy. And I really appreciated all the extra towels provided (sometimes it's the little things that make a vacation). Pool was gorgeous, as were the grounds. My whole family had a great time and I would absolutely recommend this unit.

We have loved our stay! This was a last minute Fall Break trip (booked the night before type of last minute). Despite our last minute booking, the unit was completely ready for our arrival. It had everything we could have asked for in addition to a cozy home feel. Updated kitchen, beds were beyond comfortable and the couch was perfect for morning reading and family movie night. The owners were great and easy to reach if needed! We are so excited to have found this rental and hope it's available the next time we venture to the beach!

Beautiful place to stay! So thankful for the hospitality. Great vacation. We will be back
