The apartment was a nice size with all you could need.

The bed wasnt very comfortable and the check in process took longer than it should. Tax payment wouldnt go through and it appears the only way to pay this tax was on card or you wouldnt be given a code to your room. This is not a great process. However the lady janitor was very helpful and helped us through the process. Fix the checkin process and it would make the experience at this accommodation great.

Dont like the second floor the view nothing to city view but highway city but staff provided other floor which was really nice.

About 8- 16 minutes to various train lines. About 5 to 10 minutes to Den Den town. Which is where all the anime/retro video games area. Very walkable, around 20 mins to Dotonburi and About a 10 min walk to Kuromon Market. We stayed as a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 Kids 10 and 11yrs old). Sufficient space if you are not looking for everyone to have an individual bed. The double bed can easily fit 2 adults. The single and sofa bed was comfortable for 1 person each. Staff were helpful when using the Kabin app or via Booking.com. 711 About 3 mins away. Several Family Marts around this area. Completely walkable. Washing machine was provided along with pods which was helpful. Drying rack was on the balcony. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a budget friendly space. There in a elevator!

Everything was great.

The water kettle and washer. It was very quiet.

A little further away from the sights and transportation but not too bad of a walk k.
