Ok is nice, good location and great restaurants. Staff was helpful but check-in wasnt easy due to some confusion which led to waiting.

The hotel is in the middle of the entertainment district so if you don’t mind listening to loud base until 2am It’s a great hotel.
Only my sweatshirt was also ran over with the luggage cart and though the hotel had it sent out for dry-cleaning, it was unable to be cleaned and nothing was offered in replacement for the item of clothing I lost.
