It was very nice, but it is a time share. Not the same feel as you get from a personal host. The out door pool is heated for outdoor winter swimming! Fire!

My biggest complaint. The property was not and never will be “By Owner”. Should not be listed on the VRBO app. It’s owned by WYNDOM. That’s right, it’s a TIME SHARE. We had to go to two different desk areas to get checked in and get keys to the condo. The employee at desk 2 was totally offended that after 10 minutes I cut her off, telling her that we were not interested in the sales pitch. I just wanted the keys to the condo. At that point she did give them to us right away. After that we didn’t have any other interaction with the “front desk”. The only other comment I have about the check in process. Standing there waiting and during the process I couldn’t help but think, this must be what a sales call center sounds like. Very loud and chaotic. The condos were very clean and nice. We rented a 3BR/2BA we got a 2BR/2BA that joined with another 1BR/1BA. We made it work. The grounds and outdoor facilities were nice. All other employees that we had interaction with were nice. Next time I’ll pay more attention when booking so I don’t end up at a time share. Just not what we wanted. I would have preferred the “cute and cozy condo” described on the VRBO app.
