Great property and helpful staff
8 / 10Doskonały·cze 2026
The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and while check in took about 20 minutes, the resort had a good number of staff to keep it moving and get me checked in reasonably quickly. The only “needs improvement” is the walk-in shower where the water valve is malfunctioning and it was impossible to take a cool or warm shower because the water flow was a trickle. When you turn the valve handle to get enough water flow to actually use the shower, the water became too hot. As a result, we couldn’t use this walk-in shower and all guests in suite had to share the other shower.
