Beautiful house! We had 6 adults and 5 kids and was perfect for all of us. The outdoor areas/pool was great, and a short private boardwalk to the beach! Everything you needed in the house plus beach supplies. We enjoyed every day and definitely recommend staying here! Amazing sunsets almost every night too. Kelly was great at communicating with us prior to our stay and during our stay for any help we needed. Great host!

This place is PERFECTION. We rented for my parents, my sister and her family and my family. We had a total of 12 people, and there was plenty of space. The home has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with great cookware, all the gadgets you need, an amazing coffee bar situation. Almost every room had a water view. The bathrooms were beautiful and the pool was AWESOME! My kids loved the plush pool floats. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. The house doesn’t feel like a rental. It feels like someone has taken the time to curate a perfect beach home for themselves. Fave spot for me was the crow’s nest. My son loved the arcade. Having multiple levels with living spaces allowed for us to have grown up time separate from the kids too! The bar had a slushee machine that was a hit for grownups and kids. The beach right in front of the house had depth to it, so you absolutely had room to spread out. We had an absolute blast! The only thing I would change is maybe updating the grill. We couldn’t get that to work for us and it could use a little scrubbing. But outside of that minute tiny detail? PERFECTION. This place is perfect for a multi generational family reunion like ours. Thank you thank you thank you to the amazing hosts for their communicativeness and perfectly curated home.

We have been coming to the Cape for over a decade and have stayed in many different homes, but this one is by far away the best! Not only was the floorplan well thought out, the furnishings were beautiful, the home was complete with everything you could possibly need and all of it was clean and in working order. The frozen drink machine allowed for mocktail frozen pina coladas and daiquiris all week! The pool area is amazing and pool heat was easily added while we were traveling down (because I forgot to ask earlier). There is an entire wall of sliding doors on the main level that opens to an amazing porch/outdoor dining area and the beautiful gulf. We made s'mores over the fire pit in the watch tower. Hot and cold water available on the boardwalk for rinsing off. All of the beach toys and chairs are clean, in working order and kept in an enclosed storage room. I never write reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about this amazing home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. The house is in the most perfect location and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Lots of room to spread out - perfect for families with kids/teens. We would definitely stay again!
