The staff at the property cannot be faulted. They were friendly and helpful and always met you with a smile. The breakfast was good with Indonesian and western choices. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioning in the apartment was top rated. There was always bottles of water available.
There were always issues with the lifts in the building. Either they weren’t working well, there were queues to get into the lifts on weekends and sometimes you waited on your floor to get to a lower floor.
The apartment was quite dated (like something from the 1980’s) and could definitely do with an upgrade. The bathroom showerhead had to be taken off its clip to be used, Otherwise it would spray all over the bathroom. Most of the apartment was tiled however the bedroom carpet needs to be replaced.

Our family loves everything about this place. The Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful.
The breakfasts have variations and delicious. We love the swimming pool and the restaurant next to it :D
There's also supermarket and MRT Stasiun in walking Distance. It just center enough for us near Senayan. Location is just perfect!
Beds are comfy and It has utensils that we need in the kitchen.
We didn't cook much, because outside the hotel you can find a variety of Foods or order GoFood :D
They have a playground and gym, it looks good, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use them.
The fact that it's in the center of Jakarta make you can't avoided crazy traffic Jam. (Beside the sunday morning though, when they have this Sunday free car day)
And the pollution when we get out in the balcony.
But once again, it's not the Hotel's fault.
Some people would choose the more modern hotels, but we love this classic and old furniture of it, it brings us to the old good time..
We would recommend this hotel.

I lived in an apartment there 20 years ago, kinda nostalgic , nice pool, very central.
Lots of waiting time for the elevator, regardless downwards or up.
I had a problem with the safe box, did not got fixed in 2 days.

I like the price they offer through booking.com. The surrounding area was great and close to a shopping mall, shops, and a hospital. The fast response from the housekeeping team and the attention from the Top Management..
The facility inside the property appears to be poorly maintained. The cleanliness need more attention.
