Room was just what we needed. Close to downtown for walking and an easy drive to anywhere in the area. Host is very responsive to anything you need. Laundry and fridge were slightly noisy the first night but fixed promptly.

This is an apartment building that mostly houses local college students from ASU and/or other schools - they have ~30 units that they rent out like this to this platform. This makes it kind of an unexpected but interesting stay - they have an area with big work tables, a kitchen area with coffees and teas, there are lots of work spaces, a conference room, little private phone rooms, a big space with pillows on the floor if that's your vibe. They also do weekly activities - I joined in on a holiday cocktail how-to party - it was fun! Clean, close to convention center. Satisfactory amenities.
