I was lucky to have an 8th floor view. Everything was perfect. I would happily go back.

Checked in but here was someone already in my room. Fortunately, the concierge was able to move me to another room within 15-20 min. There were streaks of black mold on the pocket door to the bathroom, and I saw other rooms close to me in the process of environmental restoration. It's a bit of an industrial design-type vibe, but the staff was friendly and the price for downtown Phoenix was very strong.
