Spacious property and quiet neighborhood. Was nice that it was super close to downtown and surrounding towns.

Awesome place to stay! Apparently the group that had stayed the night before trashed the place and hot tub was

The house was in the perfect location for us. Never took us more than 20 minutes to get where we were headed. Except for RMNP and that only took an hour and a half. The only recommendation for this property would be to create a privacy panel for the hot tub and install a locking mechanism at the back door, like the one at the front door. It would be so much more convenient for guests to come and go through the back door. Overall, we loved the house and had a great trip in Denver. Thank you for having us!

Great stay in a beautiful house. Loved the hot tub, ping pong and corn hole. Beds and bedding very comfy. New plumbing and appliances. Photos accurate, host responded quickly to all questions
