The location. The facilities and the staff.
The breakfast doesn’t have good variety as would expected from 5 stars hotel.

Beautiful rooms and stunning view, luxurious and clean, a wonderful experience! Very friendly staff who made possible to check in earlier without extra charge.

Location - it’s easy to reach different parts of the city either by walking, bus or subway.
Staffs - friendly and helpful.
Shower - water was powerful.
Rooms are a bit old and dated. Back lane of the hotel comes alive at night with bars and izakayas but its a bit rowdy.
6 / 10Średni·lis 2025
I like the bathtub and the shower place, but the room is a little smelly due to the age of the building, room size of small, and the view running down building is very undesirable, location is in between two subway stations each is about 12 to 15 minutes walking
The Japanese soaking tub
