Great location and clean
Bed was uncomfortable, bottom sheet didn't stay in place, mosquitoes in the room without having a single window or door open. The apartment was very noisey - from the traffic, the neighbours on the other side of the wall, the water system in the cupboard and the aircon. The bathroom light didn't work. Not a single supply (coffee pod, tea bag) as a welcome before having a chance to shop.

Great location, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Apartment was well equipped, we had three of us and there was one double bed on the bedroom plus a couch that folded out into a sleeper bed in the living area. Great view from the side windows of the Lake Como
Hotel description and photos are a little misleading as we expected to have views right across the lake however the views were only from the side windows in an awkward position. When the sleeper couch is folded out space in the living room is very tight. Would have been nice to have some tea and milk provided.

Perfect location, view from the window is beautiful, the bed was really comfortable, property is quite spacious
The walls are quite thin, so we heard everything happening on the street, such as conversations and noise from passing cars. The apartment was not fully cleaned (the toilet and the floor were dirty). It would have been nice if the guests had received a small welcome gift, such as tea, wine, or snacks but there were only items left behind by previous guests in the apartment (e.g., salt).

"Piękny obiekt, czysty, zadbany, taki jak na zdjęciach. Jestem tam wszystko czego potrzeba na wyjazd a nawet za dużo :))) Jedyne czego mi brakowało to środków do mycia typu szampon, żel."
