Que cobraran el uso de la pileta

Purtroppo la villa ha un potenziale enorme che non viene sfruttato. Il personale è stato molto gentile ma non è possibile arrivare e trovare l' ingresso spento e la camera bollente. Mancano ancora molti elementi d'arredo funzionali come per esempio un armadio capiente o un semplice appendino a muro per gli asciugamani, sembra tutto un po' troppo al risparmio. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze è discutibile in quanto ogni volta che qualcuno nelle stanze adiacenti va in bagno o semplicemente parla si sente come se fosse nella propria stanza. In più i messaggi automatici riguardanti l'orario di check-out e su come lasciare in ordine la stanza sono stati ripetitivi ed insistenti.Penso siano tutte piccole accortezze che fanno una gran differenza.

Beautiful place. Large room. Very calm and elegant area. Convenient parking.

You see trulli in the pictures but you don't sleep here. The pool is not included (+30 €). The nice living room has windows and blinds closed: it is in the black and you can't enjoy it. In the room, the blinds are difficult to manipulate and you end up keeping them closed. The company managing the building is harrassing you with messages (more than a dozen for 1 single stay). All of them are threatening you about fines if you don't use the trash correctly... but there is no way you can separate trash in the room (only 1 bin). Ridiculous. There is nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom. The shower is so small that you can't move inside and the rain shower is mounted in such a way that water runs on your face but no on your body. For 3 nights and 2 people, we were provided only 1 toilet paper roll, only 3 coffee capsule, only 3 paper (non reusable) cups... Something is going wrong here.
