This beautiful 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 is oceanfront with unobstructed panoramic ocean views. It has a large long deck and steps to a dry sandy beach just outside the vacation rental. There are pegged hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and accented with stainless steel appliances with plenty of counter space and a bar sink.
The rental has 1 bedroom with a king size bed. In addition there is a large sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a washer & dryer on site for your convenience. Included with the rental is a one car garage and parking for an extra car. In addition, the property is gated for extra privacy.
The rental is beachfront on Carbon Beach which has been nicknamed “Billionaire’s Beach” and has unobstructed panoramic ocean views of Queens Necklace and Catalina Island. It is just yards from the famous Surfrider Beach, Malibu Pier, the Adamson House and world class restaurants.
You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation at one of the best locations in Malibu. In addition to the amazing ocean views and the beach just steps away, nearby you’ll enjoy strolling through two shopping centers that are home to world-class shops and restaurants. Perfect for that right on the beach feeling, Spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the waves enjoying the scenery. Nice little grill on balcony came in handy. Close to restaurants and stores in the area and close enough to LA and Hollywood for day trips, but loved the seclusion and tyranquility while there. Looking forward to visiting again.

The Pacific Ocean is as feet from the balcony…. Beautiful views and nostalgic beachy vibes in our two bedroom unit. We ate most of our meals out, but kitchen looked sufficiently stocked. If we’re ever back in Malibu, we will definitely be looking to book here!

Upon arrival, we were at awe at the amazing ocean view. The decor was cute! The bed was really comfortable! We spent hours on the deck watching the ocean. One day the pelicans were diving for fish for hours just outside the deck. We also saw a seal on several occasions and dolphins in the distance. On the down side, the instructions for parking were incorrect. Our instructions stated to go into the 2nd gate and the code box was on the right, with the garage being the first open one on the right. After we parked there, someone told us that was their spot. I sent a message to our host and I tried to call. The host didn't respond to my text message for 3 DAYS!!!! They didn't answer my call! Luckily my husband talked to someone in the parking lot, and they said we were in the wrong parking lot. That parking lot was the 1st one NOT the 2nd one. The key pad to that parking lot was on the LEFT side, not the right side that was written in our instructions. No office was visible. This unit needs serious updates! The cabinets in the kitchen were old, grimy, and hanging crooked. It had a coffee maker, but no filters. No welcome gifts. There was NO cupboard that had left over spices, cooking sprays, foil, or plastic wrap. No pot holders. The glasses and dish were to the bare minimum and all mismatched. The appliances were very old and rusty. There were ants. It was 79 degrees inside no AC. The tub was slippery! No drapes, and 2 sets of neighbors could see inside.
