Place and location was fantastic! The people were friendly. Angel was very attentive. I would book again. The only thing I’d make note of is the pull out couch bed is not comfortable and it may need a new mattress so that you don’t feel the two metal bars. It was not sleep-able.

We had the best time! The beach cottage was so perfect for our family vacation. We will definitely be back!

Great location, access to beach and walkable to pier. Very close to Malibu country mart and Whole Foods. Had essential kitchen equipment. Sand gets everywhere even if you’re careful. It is a queen bed, not a king as posted in the listing. Host was very helpful.

The location is great and the view is amazing. But that’s about it. This property is in need of maintenance. It’s not that it’s dated it is in disrepair. The door to the balcony doesn’t
shut, the bathroom door is hard to close, mold around some windows. The fireplace doesn’t work. The nicest piece of furniture is the balcony sofa. I wouldn’t say the photos match the listing and it definitely feels like they keep charging a premium for a property that is declining and overall feels grimy. I am very suspicious of all of these 10/10 reviews. Very misleading. The management was very kind. No issues with them!
