Location was great, near theaters, shopping, etc. Don't plan to arrive early and leave luggage because the building is locked with a key so you can't go in. The building next door has trash around the entrance. The apartment is clean and bright, lots of windows and all appliances. The tub/shower is a problem because it is a high step-in. You have to step over the front edge of the tub which is a full 25 inches high. Getting out of the tub/shower when you are wet means standing on one foot, on a wet surface, lifting the other foot 25 inches high to get out.Other than that, the freezer was so full of ice and frost that it was unusable and the bathroom sink needs a plumber because it drains so slowly. It was not a bad place. It was clean and great location.

Overall very central
Only downside was the lift was not working and the street noise went on all night

This flat is right on Piccadilly so there is plenty to do right outside and more a short walk away. The tube line is steps from the door. It can be noisy at night, but we knew that going in. It was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed our time there. The management was quick to respond when we had an electrical issue. We would stay here again.
