house has a half-bath near the living area. The
fifth bedroom can be converted into a multipurpose room
equipped with a 43-inch smart TV; it can
serve as a living room, a children’s room, a workspace
, or a game room. The fifth bedroom can also be used as an additional bedroom when accommodating 12 guests, in which case the gym is not used. Spacious living room-kitchen-dining area with large windows and panoramic
ocean views, a 50-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, HBO (for those with an account), and other streaming platforms, comfortable sofas, and a wood-burning fireplace for winter evenings. A large, fully equipped kitchen with an island and all the appliances you could need:
