With 2 oceanfront pools, direct beach access, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and nearby shops and restaurants, this property is sure to please the whole family!

The living room features comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private balcony with picturesque views amidst the soothing sounds of waves. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, porch access, and a private bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed. While, the 4th bedroom is ideal for accommodating younger guests or additional friends with 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a full hallway bathroom.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home- 8 guests. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Other amenities include washer, dryer, keyless entry, contactless check-in, elevator for complex, central heat and air conditioning. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No grilling allowed. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes
