Host was very responsive! The place was more spacious than expected but could use upgraded furniture. Dining table legs are wobbly and kitchenware is scratched, old and a few pieces had old food on them. Other than that it was very pleasant. The location is PERFECT. Highly recommend for a lager group who likes to walk and be active.

This condo is great! Plenty of room. Comfortable furniture. Great balcony to sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is public beach access right across the street. The beach is great with a pier nearby. Several very good restaurants within walking distance. Easy trip into Charleston for touring and shopping. Our group was very pleased with this condo and highly recommend!

Perfect location on Folly Beach. Right across from beach access and convenient to downtown area. No need to drive anywhere once you are there. Place was absolutely perfect for 6 of us girls. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable too which is a plus. Highly recommend. Definitely keeping this place in mind for next time we visit.
