This condo had a great location right on the beach with an easy walk down to the sand. It looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the coffee and coffee filters. You can see both sides of the island. Because of the weather there were no fireworks but we would have had a great view from the front porch if they had taken place. Parking was easy and we lucked out and got shaded parking the whole time we were there. They also had luggage carts which made getting all our stuff to the 5th floor super easy. The pool was super clean. The minimal downside was that the elevator was hot and slow. Overall, we had a great stay and the host Terry was easy to work with. He communicated information promptly and was very nice. He even mailed a late arriving package to us after we left.

The host was great. Terry reached out about two weeks ahead to give us check in instructions and was very easy to get a hold of when we had questions. The condo is in a great location and very clean. It’s an older building, but the condo is very well maintained.

The unit was clean and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view of the ocean and the beach from the balcony was wonderful. The unit has a full kitchen with all the dishes and cooking utensils you need for making home cooked meals. The couch and loveseat were quite comfortable. This unit has what you need if you want to relax with a book, a movie, watch the waves from your private balcony or even cook.
