Being in Princeville also means being close to shopping, dining, beautiful tropical beaches with breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous hiking trails. The quiet and tranquil location makes it a perfect place to come back and relax after a long day of exploring the beauty of Kauai.
We have CableTV, and fast internet / WiFi set up for you.
We've tried to provide for all the common beach accessories including a couple of boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc. Please understand that these are provided for free for your use, and we cannot always immediately replace an item broken by the previous guest (just not enough time). There is a BBQ outside at the patio as well. This unit is at the end of Puamana, right across the Westin, and right by the forest trail that goes down to Anini Beach. Note that it’s a hiking trail and thus not suitable for everyone. Please note that Puamana forbids all smoking on the premises, including outside. Under the Bylaws, smoking is prohibited on all lanais and throughout all common elements of Puamana. The prohibition includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, marijuana (including medical marijuana), electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, and other substances or devices. Our unit is strictly non-smoking. Kauai beaches are also no smoking areas.

The property is located in a very nice area directly across from the Westin hotel, the restaurant is amazing there! Everything for the beach is there for your use which made it simple to load up and cruise the island for the perfect beach! The host communicates very fast with any questions that may come up.

This place was comfortable and had everything you need for cooking, cleaning, laundry ect. Everything worked well. Every now and then the internet was slow and the girl who was working on and off could not work effectively all the time. Just in case you need to absolutely get online. I personally stayed off the grid!wonderful place to stay. Oh yea and you will hear the roosters crow! Also no air conditioning for us spoiled Americans. Ha! Overall you will stay cool. If you’re out and about during the day not a bad thing. I was totally happy with my stay here. Parking was always avail.

The unit was stocked with everything that we could possibly need. Check-in instructions and for the use of the unit were clear, WIFI was excellent and even held meetings with no issues and parking was perfect. Peter was very responsive throughout our stay. I love the location in Princeville as it is close to many small shops and restaurants and the grocery store and a short drive to Hanalei and many beaches.

Well appointed, almost every coffee making choice except K-cup style, which is fine. Beds very comfortable. The living and dining room lighting in the evenings is perhaps the weakest aspect if you’re trying to do crafts, but fine otherwise.
