There are countless flowers blooming in season and trees in the Monarch Butterfly Waystation yard so you can enjoy the birds, hummingbirds, butterflies and wildlife while you grill out on the Weber propane grill . Ample seating to dine al fresco on the back flagstone patio. Inside the home is full of color and happiness. New granite countertops and a sunny, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. This is a 2-story home (1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen & 1 king upstairs) with bamboo floors and tile in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Full laundry facilities with a clean Maytag washer and dryer. The home also has central heat and AC and a water filtration system with filtered water at the kitchen sink. Plush towels and clean linens will be provided for you. Upstairs, there is a bonus kids playroom that has a twin bed in a nook. We do have a pack and play available upon request. Away from the noise of the main highway, but within walking distance of downtown (1/2 mile) and so many delicious restaurants, breweries and cool shops. Then you can come back to "your home away from home" and relax. There is a garage attached to the house for you to use during your stay. There is so much to do in Brevard and the surrounding area! We have made every effort to make this home comfortable for you and your family. There is a pet fee, but we do allow 3 well behaved dogs of any size to come with you. This home does have a maximum stay of 21 days , but we will entertain requests for longer stays .
