Pleased with rental for its purpose: spending holiday with college based child. Good amount of space (including 2 showers) for 3 adults, at appropriate price. All appliances worked. Decorating stylish but not overdone and pleased at some of the kitchen items present (rolling pin for holiday baking!). As mentioned in other reviews, a few cosmetic issues on floors/walls, but neither were a bother. No problems with surrounding neighborhood, though for some it would be a little run down/on the way up. Future guests coming before a major winter storm will appreciate heat being set prior to check in time - it did take a while to heat up after we arrived. Would/will stay again; also a plus that it's a short distance to the cat cafe, enjoyed by our student!

House is very conveniently located to downtown. Plenty of towels, soap and paper towels were supplied.

The site listed that there were four rooms, but there were only 3. This made it difficult for us learning that we had to share beds. It was hard to sleep for a couple of us which did impact the following days. One day we heard gunshots when we were outside.
