Positives - Good checkin process, communicative host, fair price, great location, Dairy Queen a little too close :)Negatives - older property, cheap furnishings, roach problem. But nothing that you wouldnt expect at this price point.

Fabulous location! Short walk to beach via Ocean Bay life guard station. 2nd floor unit. Comfortable accomodations. Not fancy but great for family.
