Response from the host was very quick. The swim area was beautiful and peaceful. Loved having access to the golf cart to get around. We did have to wait to get in the gate several times. One of the gate ladies was absolutely so nice and always smiling. I wished I would have gotten her name. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Although the exterior of the facility looks somewhat dated, the interior is updated and lovely. Pool and beach area are wonderful,... comfy beds and other furniture... Nice walking path around the lagoon to see fish and wildlife. Other residents and guests are lovely to visit with. Golf cart is fun to tool around the grounds, but it is badly in need of a new battery. VERY slow and runs down quickly.Would've been nice to have a small cooler to take a few drinks and snacks to the beach and pool. Overall--very nice place to stay.

Overall this is an average rental. Small bathrooms, one exceptionally so with a shower too small for anyone except a child. Cleanliness, decor, function, all were good. The staircase to the second floor is too steep for any elderly to navigate. Sargassum seaweed created a terrible odor and rendered the beach unusable. The Golf cart was not an incentive due to the beach closure and seaweed. Pools were great and the fish/lagoon were a very nice activity.
